I have had my zen for a few months now and I use it for music only and I have to charge the battery almost daily so much for the 25 hours bit. Also I set it to random songs and it seems to play the same bunch and not vary considering I have well over 1000 songs on it.

I bought this player after reading reviews that noted that the IPod has bugs. The Zen was and still is faultless. Efortless transfer of music and intuative controls. My wife picked it up and was using it in minutes. A brilliant bit of kit.

I bought this 8gb Zen a few months ago and I have to say it is great. I previously had an ipod mini and I found that the Creative software was much more user-friendly. Also it is an absolute doddle to convert any downloaded movies and TV shows to the Zen. The interface is lovely to scroll through and browse and is ever so easy on the eye, as is the picture quality as I've used it many a time on a long coach journey and keeps me entertained!
