The Creative ZEN clear case on its own is actually really, i don't seem to have problems with my zen not fitting or the screen pressing against the device, and like someone's already said, it's probably the best thing out there for the ZEN. But i was a bit dissapointed when i found scratches on the new case.
Alsothe latch on the red metal thing stopped working 2 seconds after i tried it out - a little metal bit fell out causing the flappy attachment to remain forever limp, meaning i can't use it to attatch it to, well, anything

A real let down. Plastic is like that on toy car windscreens. There is no protection for the buttons. Fit is so snug that the screen presses against the case and goes blotchy. The loop is supposed to look like metal but is painted plastic. Is extremely flimsy and the spring is so weak it easily comes undone. Mine fell off as I walked along. Thankfully my headphones broke the fall. Don't waste your money. Creative should be ashamed of themselves for this rubbish.

just poorly made nothing to it really, had to cut the strap off to get the zen actually in it as it stuck through and hit the side of the zen. when your zen is in the case the plastic part is pressing on the screen which makes the zens screen become all blotchy like when you press a tv or monitor with your finger.

overall a let down :(

try the sock for ipods instead!
