The good thing aboout the skin is that it is cheaper then most other skins. In the pack there is a black silicon case and a silve/grey silicon case. The case is very easy to get on and off of the ipod which helps a lot. I didn't realise what the strap was at first but on the back of the box it showed me how to use it and it is very handy especially if you want to go out for a run. I expected the band to be a wrist band but it is a band that actually holds the ipod. I also found that the click wheel wasn't as sensative which is very useful when scrolling for a song. I used the silver/grey coloured one first because it looked like the ipod didn't have a case on. Until the day after that when I had, had it in my pocket all day and when I took it out of my pocket the case had fluff in it. The plastic screen like other cases gives the ipod screen a poor quality picture and also has bubbles in it.
