Hits the spot for Canon Ixus 90 IS

I got this for my Canon Ixus 90 IS. It worked first time (though slightly scared me when camera said 9999 pics left - I thought it must be an error marker - it wasn't! I was using M2 and when I racked it up to fill 10M imaging it gave a more credible [!] 2,600 pics left).
I was even more pleased to find that it just works with the video function, where the camera manual bleats about using 'fast' SD HC.
At this price and performance, what's not to like?

Bought one of these cards, works a treat with my Zen media player, once i got to know how to transfer files, fantastic, my only regret , i didnt buy the 16 gig card for the money play.com are selling these for is an absolute bargain.
SO much Memory, for such a low price!

So you need a memory card for your new camera because the internal memory only holds up to 10 pictures, and a big event is coming up.
This is perfect! This memory card holds 8gb of memory, which is over 10,000 3 mega pixel pictures, and over 500 10 megapixel pictures.
I personally have a camera, panasonic lumix tz5, which is 9.1 mega pixel, and that holds 750 pictures.
I don't know why people go out and buy a brand name of memory card, when a memory card that is made by play.com is completely compatible and just as good, as a memory is a memory card, only this 1 is like £30 cheaper!
So buy this memory card! You won''t regret it.
Unless your camera isn't compatible with it then your missing out!
5/5 Preformance
5/5 Compatiblilty
5/5 Userbility
5/5 Overall!

I've bought two of these for the Nikon D60 DSLR. I can get just over 600 10.2 megapixel images in RAW format on each of them, and I'll be getting another two to bring me up to four to last me my entire holiday.
I've had no issues with any file corruption, transfer speeds are great, and its an excellent all-round performer in the SD card market.
When the 16GB and 32GB versions get a bit cheaper, I'll definitely get a couple of them too!
Perfect for the EeePC

Works brilliantly under XP Pro SP3 in my Asus EeePC 900 series. Plugged it in, opened Device Manager, changed it to "Optimize for performance", then formatted it as NTFS as opposed to FAT32. I've moved my entire My Documents folder to the memory card and I've still got oodles of space left. I never remove the card from the Eee, there's no need to. I'll be getting a 32GB one as soon as they're more affordable, but for now, and certainly at this price, this is the best option for increasing your storage space on your Eee.
does anyone know ?
