I dint buy my ipod from play.com but apple can do no wrong in terms of music and video players, every other company is trying to catch up and the ipod has them beat all the time, yeah sometimes it can be annoying bout things on itunes but its doesnt matter its all about the advanced technology the player has to offer, i dont know any other player that has an accelerometer, i dont think i will ever have any other player in my collection.

I Bought This Product Elsewhere However People Moan About The Web Browser Crashing Etc. I Have No Problems At All. The Sound Quality Is Brilliant Even Through the Ipod Headphones, And Video Quality Also, Chargers For Ipods Have Pretty Much Been Just Ipod To Pc Usb Cables For Years Now So Its No Real Problem, The New Applications Are Great And With The Ability To Add MoreFeatures To This, It Will Be Able To Evolve Even Better As New Software Upgrades Are Made For It. I Would Recommend This To Anyone Looking For A Product That Can Do Pretty Much Everything. And 32 GB Is The Perfect Storage Space For Your Music And Video Files And All Of Your Photos. 5/5
Great buy - only a few glitches

This is a fantastic piece of kit but has got a few problems I am afraid.
- no charger included
- safari browser is prone to crashing
- very difficult to change volume and change track on the move - could do with a remote on the headphone cable
- no flash player on web browser
- time consuming to link hotmail email account
- itunes does not have all the artwork for your CD's - so you have to paste that yourself which can be time consuming
Don't get me wrong, these are minor glitches but could mostly be easily resolved. On the positives, BBC iplayer is available on quicktime (beta) and setting up wi-fi is easy. And with all the features it is fantastic.
I recommend that you also buy a silicone/leather case and a great pair of headphones/speakers!
