This will be the best portable speaker you will have ever bought, I use mine all the time, whether I'm having a kick around at the park, or I can link mine with some of my friends ones for a big house/garden party. The battery last ages I reckon a good 6 hours at full volume or longer if you don't wanna blast it :$ You can always use it whilst it is being charged too. I got a massive bargain on mine at Costco for just 100 quid but even at 159 it is still a great purchase.

I've purchased this over year ago, I need to say battery went out after 1.5 year usage but they quite cheap, easly replacable and now I actually have 2 of them so my ION can go for 20+ hours. You cant go wrong buying this speaker!!!

I only miss BASS adjustment but I suposse you can use equalizer from your device.

Even with battery problem and lack of BASS adjustment this is 5 star for me.

I use this sysetm for classes and events outdoors where mains power is not an option - it's great but sadly after a year or so the battery dies on me - still fine to use when plugged in but lack of portability now for outdoors events which is a big shame as the sound is so good. I can't find a replacement battery anywhere either on the Ion site or via general search.
If you can tell me where I can get a battery that would be great! Otherwise all in all a great system -easy to use, works great with ipod, mic etc but sad about battery loss.
