Will this work with the new ipod 4th gen?. As my old chager wont charge my new ipod

Does the job. No different to the official Apple adapter.

I purchased this along with my iPod nano as I saw it in the 'Half price with nano' offer. I chose another accessory for the offer but also purchased this. I am not too happy with it as it has little use if you use your PC regularly or have purchased iPod speakers as they are capable of doing the same job.
Also I later spotted a product called 'iSound iPod Mains Charger with dock connector' which appears to do virtually the same job as this but is only £4.99.
If you only want to charge your iPod I recommend either the cheaper product, the speakers or your PC.

A really great, easy to use piece of kit. The apple alternative is stupidly priced, you just pay for the label, but this does EXACTLY the same function for well under a third of the price.

I'm only giving it 4 out of 5 stars cause i bought it for £8 two days before it was dropped to £5.
