TomTom One V4 Traffic Sat Nav System (Western Europe)

Having never used one and seen the bad reviews for V3 I was a bit worried, but still plumped for the TomTom due to wide coverage of it's simple interface. I needn't have worried as it was indeed, easy to use, acquired the signal fairly quickly on cold start, consistently picked up signal even in a built up area and updated fairly quickly after a few alternate turns due to us needing to refuel. The Traffic Receiver didn't appear to calculate any new routes so can't comment on that (it snowed that day and there was some bad traffic in Leighton Buzzard, so you would've expected some reports to go out). 4 stars only as it got the directions on a small local roundabout wrong - but I've read that you can upload corrections made by other TomTom users - I haven't done any updating as all the forums are complaining that V4 support from TomTom at the moment is nonexistent and Mac support tends to brick the device. Best to hold back until it all gets sorted, as I am under the impression it is a very new release.
