I bought one of these for my Dad and now i am going to get one for myself.
I have seen photo frames 3 times the price with the same quality. Very easy to use and nice looking too.
It would of been nice to of had a battery option also but you can't have everything.
Quality is more than good enough but if you are looking at extremely sharp images around the £150-£200 mark is what you really need to pay.
what about the stand?.

Bought this for my sisters for Xmas and it is great and easy to set up.Only problem I have is getting the stand onto the back of the frame. Can anyone tell me how this is done.I have followed the book to the letter but the knob on the back does not turn or lift to attach the stand. Can someone help and advise please.
good performance yet slightly disappointed

I bought this for my Father for Christmas and it was a doddle to set up and the quality was excellent. However, my main gripe is that the description is slightly misleading as i expected a number of actual frames to be included in the box. This is not the case as these need to be purchased seprately.
Also prices are comimg down so it may be worth waiting for digital frames that offer movie mode for the same money
A great value for money frame

I received the photo frame very promptly just before Christmas and found it extremely easy to set up. Good picture quality and, with it's small on-board memory, it out-performs many more expensive models. If you want lots of features and sound you need to spend much more. Great flexibility, as it looks good on it's own or within my chosen frame. The Gallery 13-S does exactly what is says on the box
Very neat design - a very neat little digiframe

I bought this frame as I liked its simple clean look, its the smallest 7" frame I could fine, and has a thicker clip on black surround if preferred - control is via a simple joystick on back which is easy to reach round and use quickly, and menus are clear and simple. Frame very cleverly fits into std photo frames, so you can fit it into any frame you like, unlike a lot of the digiframes which look shocking and are surrounded in cheap plastic.
Resolution is 480x234 which I was worried about, but pictures look absolutely perfect from anything over 2ft away, ratio is 16:9, but it fits to screen so my 6x4 and HDTV aspect pics all look fine.
Dissapointed

I bought this for a christmas present. Am now in the process of returning it. Ok for what it costs I suppose it does the job, it displays photos.
I wasn't happy that when you switch it on it doesn't display the slide show straight away, you have to fiddle with the buttons on the back to get it started. Then when it has finished the slide show it doesn't repeat, it just sits on the menu page. Also there was no option to have a timer for it to come on/off.
Maybe i'm used to my Kodak one which does all of this, so i suppose for the price can't complain. Just dont expect it to do anything more then just play the photos but requires lots of user input.
Gutted

Waiting for the answer to your questions was it worth it? Well I bought one to see what it was like and such a good price I bought another. Now im gutted because these are presents for other people and I dont want to give them away now. This is a must buy looks fantastic, and at an all time low price get them while you can because these sell quick.
Lovely

This is absolutely brilliant, a must have for Christmas. Very bright picture from all angles, incredibly easy to use joystick based navigation system and takes xD cards too. I was wary about it fitting in a 7" x 5" photo frame at first, I thought it may be too heavy or may not fit quite as well as they make out but whaddya know, it fits securely like a glove, only having to use the foam strips to secure it even more. What more do you want?
That's the in-laws sorted for Chistmas!
Cheers Play!
Good Stuff

I looked at many of the sub £30 frames around but decided on this one as it has brightness controls which none of the cheaper ones I looked at have. It arrived today and I tried it out to see how easy it is to use as it's going to be a gift for my mum and I'm pleasantly suprised - normally things like this at the lower end of the price range aren't very good but this is excellent value. We put it on the shelf along with some normal frames and it works really well.
Well worth the extra £5 or so over the cheaper models. The only trouble we've had with it is putting it back in the box because we want to keep it so I just ordered two more.
Thank you!

So pleased to get one of these Nextbase frames. I saw a 5 star review on them 2 weeks ago and since have not been able to get them anywhere! I was on the waiting list on another web site but they wanted £50 for this model! Thought would check Play.com, not only did they have stock and deliver to me withing 24hrs, but it was £15 cheaper than I had seen it anywhere else!! This is a great Digital Photo Frame and does everything needed with ease and has great picture quality!! Thanks!!
