GOOD quality SDHC card at a GREAT price

The 8GB PNY SDHC card arrived this morning and worked in my camera immediately. My camera is only 8 megapixels and therefore does not require very fast memory but this card seemed to save shots just as quickly as the Dikom class 6 SDHC card that it replaced.

A quick test of the PNY card using H2testw revealed write speed of 5.41 Mbytes/sec and read speeds of 12.8 Mbytes/sec which means the card is half way between class 5 and class 6 rating. Not bad for only 9.49 GBP! I now hope that it lasts longer than the Dikom, which died after only 5 months of light usage.

 Fantastic for the price!

Brought for my new panasonic lumix and for the price I couldn't complain. Although not a famous manufacturer of SD cards, it still packs good value for the price it is. Would recommend.

 not bad, great price

Top 100 PC Reviewer

Got this for my D5000 and Toshiba NB300 netbook. Works well, as stated write times are slower than some but read times are faster than some.

It works, works well and is cheap. Ideal back up storage.
