Colour isn't the only brilliant new iPod nano feature.

A Musical Genius.
Say you're listening to a song you really like and want to hear other tracks that go great with it. The Genius feature finds the songs in your music library that go great together and makes a Genius playlist for you. It's like having your own highly intelligent, personal DJ.

Shake Your Groove Thing.
Sometimes, we could all use a little unpredictability. And now you can shake to shuffle your music. Just give iPod nano a shake and it shuffles to a different song in your music library. You'll always be surprised by what you'll hear.

Rock And Roll Over.
Tilt or turn iPod nano on its side, and you'll listen, watch and play in new ways. You can flip through your album art with Cover Flow. Or, vertically speaking, see more albums and artists on the screen at one time.

Let The Games Begin.
Now you can get in on games made especially for iPod nano and the accelerometer. They respond to the way you move, so they're immersive, addictive and a blast. iPod nano comes with Maze, which lets you work your way through vast mazes by tilting and moving. You can find even more games on the iTunes Store.

Even Your Photos Rock.
Pull hundreds of photos from your pocket and share them wherever you go. Hold iPod nano upright and see your photos in portrait view. Turn it on its side to see them in landscape. Your photos look beautiful in their proper aspect ratio on the vibrant, 320-by-240-resolution display.

World's Biggest Small Screen.
Watching movies, TV shows and videos is big fun on iPod nano. And the high-resolution picture looks crisp and vivid on the 2-inch widescreen display. So you can always have a little video with you.

Find Your Music Faster.
It's even easier to find the song you want to hear. Now you can view your album art in Cover Flow. Or just press and hold the Centre button to browse by album or artist. When you find the right song, press the Center button to add it to your on-the-go playlist.

Well......i bought this the other day because i lost my old ipod!

In my honest opinion i believe its not much different from the older versions. It has a few new features that i cant c my-self reali using.

At first i though the colour might be too bright but it turned out just right! The picture can be misleading.

Overall it does its purpose in style, i lov da colour, the screen size, 8gb and the whole package so i give it four stars!
:)

 Best music system ever

iPod is the best thing to happen to music ever, especally after living through walkmans (1 tape and chews it up) and discman (you couldn't walk with it wit skip and and scratch your CD).
It's got a very good size you can fit up to 1,200-1,300 songs/podcasts so more than enough for a very good music collection (at least your good stuff) and your favorite podcasts.
It's when you start putting photo's and films on there it starts getting really full, but that's not a problem with the ipod. You can fit a movie on ther and have enough room for at least a 1,000 songs/podcasts.
The picture is very good for your photo's and movies but don't expect it to be your next cinema but it's good for something to watch on a train/plane trip etc.
The battery is very good but can go fast(ish) if you keep the light going but it's not a problem (it can last for a quite a while), especally if you can recharge often (there gadgets to help you). As the previous reviewer said the colour is not to bright and is very good.
Final thought the iPod is the best music system (personal or other wise, especally if it's got a docking bay) ever. You only need to go for a bigger size if you want something with a stupid amount of songs, podcasts, films, games etc.
