Just got one for Christmas. The bigger camcorders are a pain to take out and still pretty cumbersome. This blackberry sized device is fab for taking out on day trips. Indoor quality is not brilliant but outside it looks fantastic. Love it.
Great little camera with excellent pics in all modes

A big drawback however is the Kodak and media impression software. Easy enough to get the films on the PC. Not so easy to upload them to email. I tried and kept getting the message "Failed to transcode the video file" Now I don't even begin to know what that means. I know it means that I cannot send my movie to my relatives in the States and that's about it. Kodak and Media Impression help sights are very poor and I could find no answer to help me get a movie to my BT/Yhoo mail server. The instructions that come with the recorder are very basic. If these basic functions could be fully and simply explained t me I would be a happy man I really would. I really like this neat little camera and to be able to take HD and HD 60 with a camera this price is just witchcraft baby. Come on Kodak tell me how to email my mates
Point and go !

This thing is the nuts, dont expect the quality recording of a blue ray movie disc, but for point and go this works great ! And the hd thing, hd works great in daylight but indoors on playback it doesn't look hd but it has a better playback picture than any of its competetors including many high priced camcorders. The included precharged batteries are precharged for about ten minutes, on a full 15 hour charge they will last 2 hours on hd recording. Anyone expexting hd picture quality on a pocket corder is dreaming, the lense just cant cope (take in enough light) to produce hd recording. But as i said earlier, outside on a sunny day this is high definition !
