Thanks again, Play, for a fast delivery!! Now, I'm judging this as a first time buyer in the world of High Definition. Having now tested the TV with DVD's and Blu-ray (i've yet to get Freeview etc.) I can honestly say I'm impressed on the whole! Sure there are better HDTV's out there, but for the price, this is impressive!! Looks pretty smart as well!! The only slight downfall, is that the sound could be better, but this only a minor grumble and nothing a decent set of speakers can't rectify. I would recommend this TV to anybody buying for the first time buy, and/or you don't want to spend a large amount of money. Brilliant!!

Bought this TV (not from Play) for slightly more at the time, but still under £400, a few months back.

If you don't want a huge HDTV, or you're looking for a bedroom HDTV, with good contrast and overall picture quality, then this set is ideal. For the price, it's much better than similar products. The contrast is good and the backlight adjusts depending on content, which helps darker colours appear darker etc.

Plenty of ports on the back. Standard definition TV is very good, although sports seem to suffer a lot (to be expected somewhat). Although, this can be dependent on freeview signal. Obvisouly having HD content (such as Sky HD or Virgin) will solve this.

HD picture is brilliant. I use my PS3 to play blu-ray movies, and they are stunning. Unless you sit ridiculously close, then you won't tell the difference between 720p and 1080p.

The actual TV could look a bit nicer, but it's hardly an eyesore. Overall, brilliant picture quality for a great price. Highly recommended.

Im looking around play.com and if u want a big hd telly with freeview then this is the one to buy - great value for money !

This t.v is absolute class for ps3 plus dvds i havent tryed it on freeview yet as i do not have an ariel on the outside of the house but everything is good so far hd is perfect screen size is perfect not too big not too small recommended best price !
