The box says Made for all iPods, iPod mini / Nano's 1,2,3&4Gen / all Classics and all iPod Touch's. so far I have tried with mine & friends products as follows : 80gb (5th gen), iPod touch (1st & 2nd gen), iPod Nano (2nd 3rd & 4th gen) all charge and play beautifully. The sound quality is good, the remote is very easy to use, for the money 9/10
I bought this as i needed a charging station for my ipod touch and the alarm clock in my bedroom was old and had had it too!
I thought i would try this out as at £17.99 it made it cheaper than a plug in charger, yet you got an alarm clock too.
The alarm function is great it is dual alarmed so i can have one set for me to get up and have one set when its time for my wife to get up a couple of hours later.
The sound is crystal clear and quite beefy considering its a tiny little thing and is ample volume for the bedroom.
The system is fully remote control and you can control your ipod touch from the remote too!
The buttons do seem a little clunk-click but i think that with use it will wear in nicely (like a pair of trainers).
The radio part has enough presets to save your fave 30 radio channels.
Wake up to either buzzer, radio, ipod or external auxillary device (i have my tv connected)
Summary
For under £20 you will not find a better system for charging and listening to your ipod touch in the bedroom.
Well received my unit today.
All I can say is nobody can complain for the money.
An Ipod charger alone could cost this much, plus you get docking, remote controllable, compatible with my New 16GB Nano.
Good construction and finish
It also sound incredibly good for its size.
You can obviously get bigger and better for probably 3,4 x the price.
So just enjoy it for what it is........

My model had problems anyway with the display so I sent it back, but don't buy it if you wanted to use it with an ordinary mp3 player, as the volume out of the rear socket is so quiet, its not worth using. Ipods only I'm afraid.
Just got one for the Bedroom, fantastic product - works with my New Nano 4g and Touch. buying another one for the Kitchen - great value for money.
