I bought my 1st and only pair of these headphones back in 2009, after having several Skull Candy products that died after 2-3 months, I decided to try a bigger company and I'm glad I did. The quality isn't amazing, buy hey for 10 quid it's pretty damn good. The bass is good, as is the treble quality, although I feel when playing pod-cast's it struggles a bit with people talking loudly, it's nothing severe, it's just noticeable. And just this morning after owning them since August 2009 I'm sad to say that the left ear piece has given in.But 10 pounds every 2 years is great value, would recommend them to anyone.

  Excellent value for money.

I lost my first pair of these, and was so impressed that I bought the same again. To those who say the lack bass - clearly they don't fit your ears. Mine fit perfectly with the standard sized ear-buds, though you get smaller and larger in the box. Sony rate them down to 6Hz, which is incredible - but having heard some large Asian drums through them where you really "feel" rather than hear the music I can believe the claim. At the same time they are not too bass heavy. They are also very compact and comfortable, and I find it easy to forget that I am wearing them, which is just as it should be. Highly recommended.

I am still waiting for my earphones to be delivered but I had been using them before I ordered the new one from the website. The sound quality is really good. For this price I highly recommend them!

I really don't know what people expect for 10 quid in comparison to other earphones on the market. For this price, probably on of the best sound quality I have heard so far.

After less than a year one of the headphones now has no output, after very casual use. Weren't particularly good anyway, agree with the review below about treble & bass

Apparently these in-ear headphones provide 'superb sonic performance with deep bass' in the product description, although in actual fact they don't, they are just bland budget earphones! You need to turn the volume up a lot higher on your mp3 player to compensate for all the treble, and lack of bass, which results in a headache! Got EQ turned onto Heavy and X-Bass activated and its just tinny, tinny, tinny. GETTING A REFUND OFF SONY

delivery time excellent, packaging excellent,product.......well to be honest i love crystal clear sound. The sound re-produced by these phones is very good, the bass is awesome but for me i like more sharp clarity. However for 9.99 i am more than happy and would recommend.

Just received my head phones through the post and was on plugging them in was not disappointed. These are a replacement for my shure e2c's which finally kicked the bucket last month. Sound quality obviously not as clear as the shures but not lacking for the £9.99 price tag, and the bass levels from my ipod touch are good without being too loose like on similarly
priced skull candy headphones...........overall highly recommended, just need to wait and find out durability of cable!!

I brought these as replacements for the MDR-EX82 headphones that came with my Sony Walkman. As normal those ones broke at the wire on the jack rendering them useless. These are probably better than those headphones at a fraction of the price!
At the current time these are £10, and a great deal for anyone!
Being in-ear they can block out a large amount of outside noises and are capable of loud volumes and LOTS of bass!
The sound is very clear, no crackles and the headphones themself are incredibly light, and most imporatantly very comfortable.
They come packed with an extra 2 sizes of the ear buds so you can choose from Small medium and large sizes(the standard fitted medium ones are usally just fine), and alos the adjustable cord adjuster is very easy to attach and doesnt get in the way. I found that the headphones lead was about 20cm too long and the split wires for each headphone was a bit to long also so I used the cord adjuster above the split headphone terminal (or whatever its called) and wraped it round once or twice.
Being the third set of sony headphones I've owned (Previosly the MDR-EX82 and i think EX75 before) I can definatly pick out the one worst desing flaw in them. They seem to break at the headphone jack, as Ive already said, within 4-6 months of owning them, and unfortatly sony wont let me get replacements for them as they seem to have the worst customer service support in the history of mankind (literally). Even if you take care of them with the upmost care they will eventlly break and this is becuase of where the headphones go into your media player, it bends back and forward in your pocket, slowly wearing the wire down. What I have done is wrap wire tape around where the wire comes out of the jack to prevent it from moving too much and hopefully they will last.

Anyway! Overall they are a great pair of headphones and probably provide as much quality as you would get from a set of expensive in ear headphones.

If your just looking for a cheap pair of headphones that have a good quality, these are the ones!
