I bought these phones to replace my shure se 210's, they were promtly returned. They seemed a bit flimsy in construction when compared to the shure's, the noise isolation claim is false IMO, the sound quality was good, but when walking my dog i had to crank my ipod up to max to drown out the traffic etc. this had me worried about damaging my ears.
If i'd paid £50 for these i'd maybe have taken a less critical view, but at £100+ they are not worth it.
I have now bought Sony ex 500's for £40, they arrived today and first impression's are good, although i'm assuming the warranty period is only a year, i can't seem to verify this though.
3* for good sound quality, a star from 5 lost for poor noise isolation and one lost for being overly expensive. I hope i've been fair and the review helps you.
