Sennheiser CX 400 Mark II Precision Headphones (White)

NO BASS AT ALL :-(

I know I don't have a high review score myself but I'll never again trust a review of someone with low scores like these guys.
I would have to assume these are just fake reviews, either that or they're all lying for no reason and/or are stupid.

I do like Sennheiser headphones, I've had quite few pairs over the years and still have some CX300ii's (which I love)

The CX400ii's however are awful if you want to hear any bass at all.

Aside from the complete lack of bass they're just ok. They look good, are well made but the cable length is quite short compared to most sennheiser earphones. They have a volume control and come with a cool little carry pouch (like most sennheisers), and a clip on the cable.

I thought I'd read somewhere that they can handle bass however this is not the case. I'm not saying they distort when there is a lot of bass I'm saying they allow no bass through at all.

Overall very disappointed

I bought these earphone a few days back and im very impressed. They offer quality bass, brilliant quality sound and loudness.
Although the cable is a little short these earphones are great :)

For the price they are second to none. I have seen from other reviews they lack bass. And I just wacked up the bass on my ipod to compensate and it did the trick. Some people really want a lot of bass from these but if you want that from in ear headphones then you are asking a lot. Noise cancelling abilities are good and the sound quality is amazing. They are the best quality headphones for the money you pay. You could spend 200 and not get better headphones.

After about 6 months of using the stock iPhone headphones, they developed a crackling noise every time I listened to anything, but before that I thought the iPhone headphones were pretty good.

A friend told me about these and I bought them, they arrived a few days later (bought on friday night...) and they are amazing! the iPhone headphones are rubbish compared to these, you can hear everything so clearly.

After doing what most people do, going through endless types of makes of headphones and stores to buy from. Do yourself a favour and just buy these and it'l solve your problems. Buy from play.com aswell - the cheapest you'l get these and they are not fake from here!

It comes with 6 pairs of earbuds so they will fit your ears somehow! It has just the right amount of bass but some may prefer a bit more. However I like these because the sound quality is great and you can hear every part of the song which is what listening to music is all about. The earbuds are very comfortable aswell.

It blocks out all outside noise though and others can't hear your music.

Buy these, just as good as CX500.
