One Classic offers up to 40 hours of portable listening per charge of the optional rechargeable ChargePAK C6L, reducing the cost to you and to the environment. Alternatively six standard C size alkaline batteries will give you up to 80 hours play time.

This is an upgrade on the original model, it adds tone controls and an MP3 input. Personally I preferred the old gloss white finish, this soft satin finish is a fingerprint, dust and and grime magnet!

Otherwise it is an EXCELLENT set, very sensitive tuner, good sound (even better when you discover the separate bass & treble adjustment). I would buy another tomorrow if our UK DAB system were not so out of date - I'm waiting for DAB+ compatibility first.
