Creative EP-630 / In Ear Headphones

As has been said in other reviews, the sound quality is really pretty good. Unfortunately the build quality really isn't. I've had mine for under 3 months and they're broken already - same issue mentioned in other reviews - connection broken in the jack so only plays in one ear. I took the risk buying these because all the reviews said the sound quality was excellent and I figured they were cheap enough to hope mine didn't break. Seriously, cheap as they are, they aren't worth it for under 3 months of use.

I have had these for a week now so I can give an honest review. They are very good indeed for the money. I was not happy at first as they sounded "tinny" when used with my Samsung Galaxy SII music player but you will need to adjust your equaliser settings. When you've got the right set up these headphones are punchy and have plenty of bass. All varieties of music and speech sound really good. They also block out quite a lot of external noises so ideal for the train, not tried them on a flight yet but recommended. Only down side like some other reviewers have mentioned is the cable could do with being a bit longer but not a major problem. Fit in the ear nicely too.

I would like to leave it at 'awesome' but I don't suppose that is good enough.

Suddenly the volume on my IPOD has expanded - I don't need it at full tilt.

Superb value for money and I should know - I've bought enough damn ear phones.

And they sit in the ear, so if you have small ears like me they are very comfortable.

Mine just broke after 4 years and 4 months of intensive use (everyday). I might have been lucky. Worth it!

Bought these based on good reviews but i'm totally perplexed as the sound quality is awful - tinny and with next to no bass!!! Thought it might be the source so tried with my Iphone, laptop and Tonium Pacemaker used for DJ'ing. Yuk!!

They are Genuine. You wont find a better pair of earphones for 7 pounds. sound quality as good as a 30quid pair of Sennheiser CX 300-II. Free 1st class postage as well. Absolute Bargain.

Poor, lots of off noises. Didn't last at all, although subject to 5 weeks of light and careful use on my laptop at home.
Really cheap ones lasted better and their sound wasn't so much worse.

Great all round sound. I paid 6 quid for them 3 years ago and couldn't believe how good the sound was and very comfy as well. I have been using them weekly running sessions and listening to music, movies and tv shows while on the move. After endless listening they have finally packed-up last week. I have had no issues with the wires coming loose or the headphone itself falling apart, I suspect the drivers themselves have given up after all the moister build up from running and occasional clean with a damp cloth. On the whole the sound matched with maths has meant these are a bargain.

Really impressed when I first used these, superb noise cancelling and great sound. So obviously I was very disappointed when after barely 3 months , sound stopped coming out of the right ear bud , rendering them pretty much useless. Which was a shame because they were brilliant for the first 3 months.

I've had a set of these headphones for nearly 4 years, and I have no hesitation recommending them. Before these I had some JVC in-ear headphones, which were 3 times the price, poorer sound and lasted about 6 weeks. These ones reduce background noise significantly, and when you get them in the right position the sound quality is really good with strong bass, and little sound leakage. They're also really comfortable - I've worn them through the night on overnight bus journeys several times. The right hand ear phone has now packed in, but for four years at this price I really can't complain.
