Pure One Elite DAB/FM Radio (Black)

Purchased for work. Sound great but reception not as strong as the Evoke 3 of which I have two. NO HANDLE - this came as quite a surprise as dropped same on second day, should correct this ! Nice connectability and facilities. Takes a while to get to know what works how. Nice sound but letdown by lack of signal strength and lack of handle !

Am now returning my second elite one same fault . The screen freezes(including clock) and none of buttons work. Turn off and on at plug socket and things are back to normal but only for a short while then fault occurs again. This means can't change vol. station sleep function etc.When I returned this the first time was given replacement with no quibble and got the impression this was a common problem.
Also chose this radio for sleep mode as I like to go to bed listening to the radio. Even at lowest setting it is too loud. I have to plug in a pair of ear phones and place them under the pillow!
