First thing i noticed from opening the box and taking out the parts to put it together, was the build quality. The stand is well build and sturdy. You will need a screwdriver to put the tv together though, but its well worth it for the stand. The t.v also looks great with the crystal clear design. The t.v was also lighter than my old 32" lg lcd tv, which i didn't expect.
The screen quality is what you expect from samsung, great picture and black levels. I didn't even notice any jagies(pixelated) edges on the freeview from distance. I am about 2.3/3 metres away from screen. I would say that u would prob would have to set the picture to your own settings, to one's own tastes. The power setting seem useless though, as it makes the picture too dark, in my opinion, even in the 1st option. For fast moving pictures like sports and gaming(fps's, racing) etc.. I didn't see any lag or ghosting, In all modes 1080p, 480p, 480i, 720p etc.. Tested them on old games with the required resolutions. The blue ray resolution is excellant too.
There is enough inputs on this t.v to make any one happy, 4x hdmi's, optical, headphone out, scart, vga. usb for listening to music or viewing pictures, though no moives, which is a shame, but we have our ps3's, blue ray player's etc.. for that.
The t.vs speakers are fine and do the job, I've read reviews with them sighted as a problem, though i thought they were fine. If your not happy with them you can always hook it to a reciever through the optical. Though the speaks are fine for general viewing of tv and tv films. Havent tried it with a dvd moive, don't see it as being a problem though, as all t.v speaks are known to be only usefull for general viewing, in my opinion.
The t.v is great value for money as it looks like it costs more than it does, which is a plus. It has full hd and all the inputs for this T.v to last for years. This is unless you want to upgrade to 42" or the new 3D screens coming out in the future.
