OK so i bought this to upgrade from an older HD ready 37". I looked around the net and in magazines to compare the results and for my price range it was either this or an LG. I wasnt sure so i went to a shop called richer sounds to look at the differance in picture. Side by side this and the LG the picture difference was better on the samsung, colours were more vibrant and the picture was sharper.

I use the TV for my playstation and xbox360 and both look amazing. DVDs through my ps3 look amazing and bluerays even better. It handles fast moving pictures great. Only downside is that the picture is that good that if something is done in a film using computers you can easily tell whats real and what isnt.

For the price this TV is really good. I didnt get it from play as i wanted a 5 year guarantee bu the price here is good. The normal TV picture is better than ive seen on a lot of LCDs and the sound whilst not great is a bit better than other samsungs and LCDs tend not to… more »
