I haved been using mine for 6 months without issue. This is great for use with the IPOD Touch as it is one of the only speaker systems what works side ways.
Great for hotels & those who travel & occational use.
Only has 2 preset volume levels (Hight & Low).
Battery lasts ages as long as you remember to turn it off over night.

The speaker in this product blew after aproximately 10 miutes use on 'loud' setting, playing not-particularly quick or 'aggressive' music. Unfortunately, I had thrown away the packaging by that point. I would not advise anyone to purchase this product, and to look elsewhere for a portable i-pod speaker.
