The pocket-size DJ systemPacemaker is a revolutionizing portable music player equipped with an extensive range of professional audio manipulation features enabling limitless mixing between two independent channels. Pacemaker device lets you
Mix, play and perform - at home, work and play; Prepare and preview your sets on the go; Bring your entire music library in your pocket

The Pacemaker comes with the Pacemaker Editor software. This is PC and Mac compatible. You use the Editor to upload tracks to the Pacemaker. You can also create mixes just using the Editor. All mixes created on any of the two are transferable to the other, and vice versa, meaning that you can bring any mix anywhere, and continue mixing, adjusting and refining as you like. The final step is then to upload your mix to the Pacemaker.net web community, and let the rest of the world be inspired by your mixes and your taste in music - and, of course, find inspiration yourself. The creative tools for the Editor are fully compatible with those of Pacemaker Device.
Further features include:
2 Separate Channels
You can choose a track to play on each individual channel, playing simultaneously and mixing between the two.

Tempo Control
You can speed up or slow down the track by 100%
Touch Pad
The touch pad allows you to bend the pitch; momentarily speeding up or slowing down the track. It is also where you control the Pacemaker effects and navigate the library and menus.
Cue
Pacemaker has an auto-cue function which will start the track playing on the first beat. You can also set a cue point anywhere within the track and the track will then play from that point when started.

This will sync the track on the opposing channel to the one already playing. It will start the track playing on the main beat leaving you to use the cross fader to mix between the two. This allows anyone to mix tracks like a DJ.
Timestretch
You can speed up or slow down the track while keeping the track key constant. This is useful when mixing tracks of different tempos.
Key
Transpose the track key plus or minus 12 semi tones (1 octave) enabling you to avoid key clashes when mixing between tracks
Beat Graph
This is a visual representation of the mix. Use the touch pad to speed up or slow down the track and match the bars to ensure that your mix is in time.

Volume
Pacemaker has volume control for both headphones and line out
