Good for the first couple of months

As with a few other people on here, I found these head phones to be great up until today. I bought them about 3 months ago, use them about 4 times a week-not too strenuous. But yesterday the wiring came loose in the right ear bud and will now only play if I press on the ear bud, not a good look as I'm walking to work.

  Break Easily

This is the 2nd pair of skullcandy earphones i have had and they are really good sound quality but these have stopped working in one ear after a couple of months. Really disappointed. I only use them in the gym and on the bus with iphone so no excessive use.

  good but break quickly

Excellent headphones, the sound quality is amazing for my iPod Nano. Bought them in November and they've already stopped working. Left headphone gives no sound whatsoever, so I am disappointed.....

Great but broke after a while

Great quality headphones, just as you would imagine yet lasted just over a month and then randomly the left earphone has stopped working, never dropped or miss handled them, genuinely no reason to break. But for 13.99 (at the time) what can you expect.

Not feeling the plastic around the green wires, but love the

sound.

Mainly purchased due to previously owning the quality Smokin' buds (silver) - thought these would be a stepup, but they are actually on par. They're a decent pair, but then again everyone knows Skullcandy are infamous for bumming off bass, which is ideal for my "chillwave"/electro/alternative genre of music, but that's not to say these titans aren't suitable for all music.

Had to fiddle with the different earbud sizes that come with the earphones, and even the equaliser on my iPod. But eventually found the right fit. Managed to get the titans for 13 pounds (at the time of writing, they're actually being sold for 113 pounds.. what the); else i wouldn't pay the usual price of 20+ pounds because (and it's likely) they break.

There's plastic that encases the green wire which makes them look a little on the tacky side, which the image doesn't show very well, so don't buy them solely based on their appearance. I will be investing in some entry level Sennheisers next time, but until then - if you do want an upgrade from the standard iPod earphones without breaking the bank, give these Titans, or the Smokin' buds (09, i think) a go- but expect them to break within 6 months or so.

Quality earphones for less than 13 quid!!

The sound quality of these earphones are far better than I thought they would of been. They come with a handy pocket sized pouch that are handy for storing them away in your pocket without them getting tangled up. Also they come with 3 different size in-ear rubber inserts which is very handy as I have quite small inner ears so the small piece fits perfectly.

All in all very good value for money :)

well i just got these skullcandy ear phones to replace my ipod earphones that have given up..

first of all the look and build of the ear pieces and the wire looks good, although the volume control feels a little cheap.
bought from play and it comes in a hard plastic case, which luckily i had my stanley knife out with new blades. otherwise i could have been stuck.

comes with 2 extra size ear pieces and a nice little pocket bag for storage

music why they sound perfect. cannot fault the sounds. bass treble and mid are all well rounded. they are mid range speakers so should not be compared to bose speakers like in other reviews.

I will keep my purchase info for a few months in case they break like other reviewers have stated

UPDATE
First time i use them the design of the headphones caught onto a carrier bag i was carrying and ripped the plastic unit apart..
they are not quite a robust as first thought and are of weak construction.. plastic seals ..the superglue has repaired for now

  FAB!

I bought these for my husband as he lost his sennheiser earphones. I also have sennheiser.
These are great for loud bass'y music.
I've also since bought some for my sister.
I now keep stealing them off my husband as I like them a lot more than my sennheiser ones and i'll be asking for some for christmas as a stocking filler. great sounding earphones for the price.

  DO NOT BUY!

I bought these headphones a month ago, my 3rd pair of skull candy buds. All have befallen to the plight of the left earbud failing. It is due to the wire becoming loose at the jack end, because I can get them to work if I push my finger down on the jack in a certain direction when they are plugged in, but as soon as i let go it cuts out again. I would recommend to you the CREATIVE EP-630 headphones, they are about 8 pounds and they out perform these headphones in sound quality and build.
