Tired of being called simply; Mr, Mrs, Ms or Miss? Looking for something more dynamic to show the world just how important you are? Want to get that seat in the top class restaurant? Want VIP tickets to shows and concerts? Well now's your chance to become a Lord or Lady of the land with a Scottish highland title.
This unique gift idea entitles you to 1 sq ft plot of land on the 'Glencairn' estate making you a 'laird of Glencairn'. This means you are a Scottish land owner and is most commonly translated in England to Lord or Lady of the land.
FAQ:
Q. Is the land really mine?
A. Yes. This is completely genuine and legal. The original Laird title documents have been drawn up by a Scottish lawyer to ensure that it is a legal and valid document.
Q. Can I build on it?
A.No. Whilst the land is yours, it is to be left in its natural state in order to preserve the local countryside and wildlife.
Q. Can the land be inherited?
A. Yes. Both the land and the title can be passed on by informing Scottish Highland titles of the changes.
Q. Am I now a member of the aristocracy?
A. No. It is virtually impossible to buy a British aristocracy title; ownership of the land does however allow you to use the title 'laird or lord of Glencairn'. Many women, have chosen to use the title 'lady' instead.

Package Includes:
*Introduction letter.
*'Deeds' Registration card.
*Map of Caithness including Glencairn map.
*Information letter.
