Please note that due to the personalised nature of this product, once purchased the Name a Rose cannot be refunded or exchanged. We suggest you get it delivered to a work address as it won't fit through a letterbox. The pack contains a registration card for you to complete with the name for registration. A personal message can be entered to be displayed on the accompanying letter.
