Reading about it and seeing the images on the website i thought this product would be the ideal chirstmas present for my friend. When i recieved the product it was very displeasing. The mug is just covered by a thermal sticker, which is fair enough, however the sticker was not applied straight and has been deteriorating along the edges. The mug was scratched along the outsides and the inside was dirty. I don't know if it was just my product, or all of them are in such bad condition but i was surprised that the website that usually is so good could provide something of such bad quality.
