Cosy Rug - Red

Ok so I wanted to write a review because this product has mixed reviews which made me think twice before getting it.

Thankfully I went ahead and ordered one and its great!! So no it doesnt have a tie... thats because its a blanket and not a dressing gown! You dont normally have ties on blankets do you? It doesnt have a hole for the head because its not a poncho or a jumper... this is a blanket with sleeves.

Its great when you are chilly and dont want to faff with a blanket falling off and getting in the way when you are using your arms. The material is thin but very cosy, any thicker and you would overheat!

I am a size 14, 5ft8 lady and it drowns me so I dont understand the complaints about it being too small! I am going to order more for Xmas now! My only complaint is the lack of fun designs as red and blue is a bit boring!

Excellent blanket, the best thing I ever bought! I live in a large house with high ceilings and it can get very cold. This has kept me sooooooooo warm its unbelievable. I would recommend this to anyone!!

The Cosy Rug seems alot thicker on the picture than it is, also the photo looks as if the rug is one whole piece when it is more like a thin dressing gown without a tie to fasten it shut. The length is good and it is not a bad product, but probably more of a gimiky gift.

Im going to adapt mine to make it fasten as this is the main thing that bugs me.

I bought one for my son who is always complaining of being cold in the mornings and won't wear a dressing gown. The day it was delivered, he put it on the minute he came home from school and did not take it off until he went to bed, he did his homework, played on the x-box everything with it on and thinks it's the best thing since sliced bread!! He is 6ft tall and it fits him fine. He had a blue one and I am about to buy a red one for my daughter. Well done to the creator.

I received my Cosy Rug today and am very disappointed. The pictures shown above show the Cosy Rug as being really large and this is NOT the case! I am not particularly tall but the Cosy Rug only just comes to my ankles, and certainly doens't trail along the floor when I am sitting on the sofa, as shown in the picture. It's also not particularly wide, the two seams only just meeting in the middle when I wrap it around me.
Don't waste your money on this product.
