Thumbs Up! Spy Camera Pen

Actually although it has good features it is not so easy to use. With improvements to design could be excellent. 2 improvements on /off swich should be a manual switch - could you the clip on the pen or a push button like a real one. Secondly the camera lens is on the wrong side of the pen so you have to clip the pen to the outside of your pocket which looks wrong. Finally insrtuctions so tiny print I could hardly read them. Maybe ok for fun for youngsters, no use as serious kit - hope mk2 is better, would buy if improved.

bought this as a pressie for my OH and he thinks it's great - good picture and sound and quite normal looking pen - he's tried it on a few friends and relatives indoors and out (not too long of a distance - wouldn't say more than around 10 to 12 feet) and no one guessed so lots of fun for him

I ordered it thursday and got it today!!! (Saturday). Fantastic service, I just plugged it into an iPod charger then scanned the instruction book, or paper if you like but that's all you need, so easy to use and once charged your away, picture quality is great, so is sound. Then I just plugged it into a windows7 laptop where it was listed in windows explorer as a USB drive, I just cut and paste the test recordings onto the desktop then played the files.... I was impressed with the quality. For this price you won't get any better. Another fantastic gadget to add to my collection courtesy of Play. :)

Excellent little gadget. Looks and works just like a pen, but records decent video and sounds.
As someone else already pointed out, and I shall repeat, the video file shows no picture in Windows Media, but will work fine in VLC Media Player.

I was surprised at the quality of such a cheap pen - mind you I paid 24.99 and it's now 22.99 but I'm not complaining. Very good value and free delivery. Good quality video and sound for the money. OK it's a little chunky in appearance but not too much so and is extremely good value for the money.
