They're a cheaper version and nearly the same as the original - made of thinner (lower quality) plastic and you need to push them down a bit more than the usual ones to ensure they fit onto the toothbrush, but work well otherwise. The brushes are a bit harder than the original ones. Haven't used it for long enough to know whether they change colour indicating a change is needed.
