Underwater Light Show

I ordered one of these for a party. Worked fantastically... until I put it into the water. Lasted about 5min, I had a look checked the batteries etc. In the end it ended up on the fire. Never will i buy one of these again. I know what your thinkin for five pound i'll give it ago. Thats what I did. Trust me don't do it, use the money on something else.

After trying out three different types of light shows, I have been faced with the same problem throughout, they are never 100% waterproof.
I screwed the panel back as tight as I could but still water leaked in and corroded the batteries. I have sent this one back and have brought the same one again so I can have it glowing down my corridor instead.

great, until it got wet, the description should read -UNDERWATER LIGHT SEIVE.

Don't get me wrong, the light from 4 leds is hardly blinding, but we bought one of these for our hot tub to test it out and have just bought 2 more. Would be plenty of light for a bath

I got mine when it was a fiver - where has the stock gone??? I have had no problems, think it is bright enough, it is obviously for those times when you want to turn the light out in the bathroom, and best if you have a white bath. There is a little bit of condensation inside now, but no water has broken it, just make sure you screw it closed tightly when you have put the batteries in. Want to get one for a present... hurry up and get them back at a cheaper price!!!

A great / hypnotic light show - pretty well made / not as water proof as you'd hope! - good value though.

This is a good display light for bath use, but the light isnt bright enough underwater, this is still better than those rubbish spa lights

... then all of a sudden it stopped working because product is leaking. Shame because it was nice when it worked.

i purchased this item after reading mixed reviews.water getting in was mentioned alot so on receiving the item i decided to run a bead of mastic around the battery cover.after sealant was dry i fixed the cover back on and put it in the bath.5 minutes later it stopped working and has not worked since.quite possibly the worst money ive ever spent.

This is the second one of these ive bought. First one died after 10 seconds of being in water.
The instructions say there is a black rubber ring around the battery cover, but there hasnt been one on either one ive bought.
I bought this for my nearly 2yr old son to play with in the bath, but im not risking putting this one in water as i know it will just break again! whats the point in making an underwater toy thats not waterproof! would not have bought if i'd have known this.
