Star Wars: Classic Painting Poster (Exclusive!)

No complaints about this poster its pretty awesome for any star wars fan and the price is very reasonable.

This 61cm by 91.5 cm poster is a must for any STAR WARS fan! Printed on nice high quality paper, it is simply crammed with classic and iconic images from the original film which every one who has ever seen it will instantly recognize.

The poster is well structured, with Sith Lord DARTH VADER commanding the centre and portraits of armed HAN SOLO and PRINCESS LEIA at either edge. Most of the other major characters are here too, with one notable exception, as is just about every vehicle from the film - but sadly no Y-Wing fighter bomber, which is strange considering it made up about half the Rebel strike force against the Death Star.

A fellow reviewer rightly wonders why GOVERNOR TARKIN has been replaced by BOBA FETT. I think this is perhaps due to the fact that the poster is intended to commemorate the 1997 Special Edition version of the film and therefore FETT has been included, his iconic status deemed more important than his brief screen time, but I too am disappointed that TARKIN has not been shown. This does seem like, for example, substituting GENERAL GRIEVOUS for a younger TARKIN on a poster for REVENGE OF THE SITH.

Even so, the poster is still sure to delight enthusiasts and would look good, especially nicely framed, on any wall!
