Me and my father decided to go halfs on this heli the other day, it arrived today and we were quick to put it on charge (I must add that the charge time is 40-50 minutes not 20 minutes, which is the only reason why this product has not got 5 stars, 40-50 minutes for 5-8 minutes of play? meh!) so far my father has crashed the heli, into the ceiling countless times, against draws countless times, into cupboard doors, I have crashed it into door frames, down the stairs, into chair legs, and apart from one chip of a rotor it still flys completely fine :D very happy for a first time RC!
totally blown away with this, so precise and easy to fly, very robust. looks like it would survive a knock or two. not that you'll crash it as its so easy to fly
Easy to fly and quite robust but takes 50 minutes to charge as per the instruction book NOT 20 mins as stated on the web page. This does detract from an otherwise good product as you are waiting sooooo long between flights.

Got mine, and is actually very precise due to the gyroscope, when i did crash it it survives well, though it was beaten by flowers, but even better, its incredibly easy to repair, and some superglue hasnt even affected how it flies. great buy, but as said, charge time is rather long.
