Super Micro R/C Helicopter

Awesome bit of kit, just got one from my buddy for christmas, it's really robust, it's had loads of crashes and it's been fine!

Only thing I will say if you do crash the cockpit cover can come off its locating pin, if this happens pop it back on otherwise it will up set your balance, also look out for fluff on the tail rotor, the tiniest bit will make flying very hard!

If you're bored of your helicopter from simply hovering - here's a tip ... stick a little bit of bluetac on the front, just under the nose ... it'll then tip forward and this is how it gathers speed and moves forwards, rather than simply going upwards.
ALSO, if you're having trouble stopping it spinning, it's absolutely IMPORTANT that you TAP the trim control several times until you get it out of a spin... don't HOLD it down, as this will cause it to over-trim and start spinning the other way.
FINALLY, the controls ... you need to ease it into things ... dont go pressing full left / right or up ... ease it into going upwards ... then turn it left/right just enough to get it moving in that direction - pressing left/right fully will not help you.
Following this advice I got mine flying pretty well, especially outdoors in NO wind - it's made of polystyrene! Of course the wind will push it out control!

Great item, still good value now Play have whacked another £5 on. You soon get used to the controls. Fantastic fun, drives the pets/kids mental!

i found that i had no controll of this helicopter, but after adding a few aliminuum stickers to the nose of the helicopter, it flew like a dream. although with stickers it is not as attractive, it is better than a wirl wind helicopter.

well worth it for the money and a graet peice of tecnollogy.

has a lil flashing light where the pilot would sit wich i think is a cute lil extra.

I bought this item and used it for the whole day when it arrived. However after a few crashes it started to go berserk and crash again. I don't even attempted to fly it anymore as it leads to further frustration!!! Great item if you have lots of space. Not really recommended!
