I bought this for my 11 year son for christmas. He has played with it non-stop since he opened it yesterday, crashed it loads of times (including flying it into the Christmas tree and getting tinsel wrapped round the rotors!!!)........ and it is still going strong.

The only negative I have is that it is difficult to charge. The wire that plugs into the helicopter to charge it is loose and it can take a while to position it so that it will take a charge.

But don't let this stop you from getting it, it's great!

Customer rating: 4 out of 5 stars It's pretty cool

I paid about £12.99 for this and when I first tried it I had loads of trouble with it and just gave up on it.

About 6 months later, I came accross it again and gave it another go.

First: Launch it from hand. Don't bother trying to take off from a flat surface, it's much harder.

Second: When it spins round wildly, use the trim. Mine worked in the opposite direction to the steering, so it was counter-intuitive.
When trimmed, it flew just fine.

Third, the flight time is 2-3 minutes but the charge time is much the same. The thing gets tired fast and doesn't stop up in the air for long.

It's a nice cheap toy, but don't pay the full £25 for it.

Customer rating: 1 out of 5 stars A Complete Waste Of Money

This product is extremely poor quality. It's rotor blade snapped after 5 minutes and the charging mechanism connecting the handset to the helicopter unit doesn't fit or work properly. My asdvice is DON'T BUY THIS! In furture I wil l stick to purchasing PC Games, DVDs & CDs from Play.com.
