My 7 year old son really wanted one of these for Christmas but I was a bit worried that it would be too advanced for him and perhaps he wouldn't be able to activate the sparks - but I took a chance and got it anyway. I'm glad that I did, this is a fantastic item for young and old. I'm 38 and love it, he's 7 and loves it and my Daughter is 11 and loves it. The sparks cartridge lasts for a decent amount of time, and there is a spare one in the box. Best to use at night when the sparks are most impressive.
brilliant idea good sturdy stunt scooter with added bonus of sparks looks amazing in evening all my daughters friends want one now.
Bought for my son for Xmas who is 11 and is a bit difficult to buy for as out of the age range for toys but not quite a teenager. The gadgets he would like at this age are very expensive so we went for this as his old scooter had broken, Worried he would think it naff but he couldnt wait to try it out we just had to wait for the thaw and he was really made up with it, - so cool. The sparks are excellent and it is a more sturdy scooter than the cheaper ones. The front wheel section can do a 360 degree turn and at night it looks great. Very good value for the money and a happy child. The only negative is trying to get all of the warning stickers off it. They did not peel off easily. You get a spare sparks cartridge with it and the cartridge it came with so far has lasted well. We would definitely recommend this scooter.
