Description

Players take on the role of CTU agents, racing time to collect clues and win on-screen "mini-game challenges."

Each game begins with a terrorist act; the CTU agents are then briefed and given several clues regarding the terrorists' full plans. Each player decides which clues to follow, knowing that some will be dead ends or red herrings. The first player to identify and stop a threat to national security wins.

Throughout the game, the DVD also acts as a timer, counting down the 24 hours to the terrorist attack that the players are working to prevent. A "virtual CTU office" allows players to analyze data. Future expansions are promised, adding new cases to be solved.

I am a massive fan of 24 so when i saw this board game for sale me and my friend bought it for each other at christmas. Ive got to say it was the worst present ive ever received second to a tie organiser. On first inserting the disc I was impressed at how good the presentation was as it had the perfect 24 feel to it...But then you start to play it. The game itself is a joke as you spend hours playing mini games on your remote which are nothing short of aweful. You dont even know what you are doing half the time. All this time you dont even use the board until the last phase where you have to re-play thescenes you've just done to move round the board before the other player. In terms of replayability there is none as you only get 2 stories to choose from. Just plain and utter rubbish and what's more I was unlucky enough to pay £20 for it :-( .This had so much potential but it failed badly. Steer clear.
