For watching 3D movies on my home cinima projector!

If you DO NOT have a home cinima system with projection, then don't buy it. But if you have one, then these are a must for some movies!

  Sounds like a good idea

I would imagine that neither oif the reviewers own these glasses, but neither do I.

However, I do find the 3D specs given to me at the cinema to be uncomfortable, especially on the nose piece, as well as reflecting light on the inside of the lens, which detracts from the image

The reason I found this page, was that I was looking for some more comfortable glasses to wear. As more and more films are 3D and I spend more and more time at the IMAX, then I'd like to enjoy the experience, not suffering a sore nose

Really, I cannot see the point in this.
* You will still have to pay the extra charge at the cinema as that is nothing to do with the glasses (it is payment for the company that transfers the film to 3D).
* You get a fresh pair free everytime you see a 3D film....FOR FREE
* The ones at the cinema come sealed and packed, so should be scratch free and clean...oh, and FREE
* In the event the pair you get do have a scratch....you ask for another pair FOR FREE.

These look practically the same as the ones at the cinema...only without the REAL-D branding on the stem.

So, should I pay £7 for something I get for free anyway (and which will, itself, become scratched/dirty over time)? I think not!
