you get what you pay for. not that bad for just £5 but half the time it refuses to work.

I personally think this ab belt is really good, especially for the price. This is the second one I've bought from Play.com, I don't know why I bought a Second as the First belt I bought is still working fine. I do Boxing training and Running so i'm in quite good shape and use this belt to keep my abs strong and toned. I wouldn't recommend the Belt to anyone wanting to Burn fat or get rid of Love handles...Do a lot of Cardio, eat well, Sleep well and then use the belt to see great results :)
Don't buy it if you have heart or kidney problems...

I bought this product and overtime I did start to get a 6 pack. I have stopped using it now because it's dangerous for the heart and kidneys. Overtime the belt will soakup the water gel causing the belt to not work.
