I ordered three of these bulbs and upon arrival one did not work correctly being very dim and green in colour, customer services were very helpful and friendly they agreed to send a replacement straight away.
However while on the phone to them a second failed completely and the third later the same day, again there was no quibble by customer services and all three were replaced.
After a few weeks all had failed again and customer services who had been fantastic throughout agreed to a complete refund, these may have been from a bad batch but I suspect that you would really need to pay a lot for good reliable bulbs using LED technology, they are maybe equivalent to a 30w normal bulb when working correctly.
I plugged in 3 of these; they were fine to start with but went very dim and greenish within half an hour - just as in the other review. Have requested replacement or refund, but ...be careful.
Bought two packs of these, hoping to save money, energy and stop replacing our halogen lamps so often. Waste of time and money. Within 1 year they have all failed and we have gone back to regular halogen bulbs.
