Addictive and brilliant.

Bought one to see what all the fuss was about and see if it would tone my arms and maybe help my busted shoulder (dislocated and damaged ligaments). And I love it, excellent little thing, better than lifting weights by a mile, plus when people see it they are pretty intrigued to see what it is!
Good fun for about a month - then its still a laugh

Good fun product. You'll be addicted for about a month then it's less fun, but actually good exercise. I have forearms like Popeye now, and occasionally try beat my score (14512).
Bit Boring

The first week of this item was fun but then it becomes tedious and boring so I havent used it since and it is just sitting around my house.
I believe that £16 can be spent much better than purchasing this as it is overpriced and limited on fun.
Just Great

Very addictive, it's great fun although it can take time to get the hang of it at first. Great for your arms especially at high speeds - like others have said, get the "Pro" versions which include an LCD since its fun comparing your speeds and improving them.
ouch! it burns!

Got one of these a few days ago and it is very addictive. My arms feel quite sore today though :-)

had trouble getting it going at 1st but dont give up on it; and i found it works by rotating it clockwise in your right hand and anti-clockwise in your left. took it to the pub on my first night with it and had everyone wanting a go. gonna have Popeye arms in no time
Lives up to the hype

I love gadgets and Im into fitness so I had a punt on this and Im glad I did. Was delivered on time with no fuss as usual from Play.com. Within an hour I was up to 9,000 and found the while thing really addictive. It just feels so good when you get this thing spinning smoothly, faster and faster. Even my wife was wrestling it off me. I would recommend this - make sure you get the versions with the LCD readout tho as this is half the fun.
