First of all: like many previous reviews the quality of the material & the way it lights up is amazing. The 'pop up' function is handy when you have your hands full. The reason for 3*s - mine is faulty. the lights never comes on when I press the button outside. I repeatedly press it. The only times it seems to work is when I'm at home & it is propped up in my hallway some few hours later! Then I start the process of button pressing to turn it off.........

This is one of the best umbrellas i have ever bought. I bought it nearly 2 years ago and it's still going strong. Love it in the winter as i can have the lights on more and the batteries are still the same ones i put in there when i bought it. Everyone comments on the umbrella and everyone wants to know where i got it from. And i haven't lost it yet, unlike most i have left on the bus!!!!!

This product is great! It is strong and durable and the way that it opens is cool! However when I opened the umbrella the first time a lot of plastic was dropping. My first thought was that some of the LED lights were coming off but it appears to be just some loose plastic chippings. The effect of the lights is quite amazing. However to control the light pattern the button doesn't always work with the required clicks. You may find yourself just pressing the buttons a couple of times to get the desired effect. However those are really just the only negatives that you will find. Its a great product, worth the money, the grey lining underneath just makes it feel more expensive and special, the lights are amazing. My only fear is actually using the product as I do not wish to attract the wrong sort of attention in this day and age if you know what I mean
