Name a star is a lovely thought for someone. The presentation is nice enough and comes with a sky map (wall chart) to find your map as well as some details to get your star registered online.
The map we got told us our star was only visable at the equator, but this is wrong as further research shows it is viewable (with equipment) from the UK.
The other thing to bare in mind is that athough the star is registered british library (or something like that) it really means nothing and it's worthwhile mentioning that no scientist is going to be calling your star the name you chose. It really is just the sentiment.
