To celebrate the 75th anniversary of Frankenstein, Sideshow Collectibles is proud to offer a life-size bust of Karloff as the monster. The artists at Sideshow, recreating Karloff's likeness, the Jack Pierce make-up and reproducing the classic costume in high-quality fabrics, have expertly captured the essence of the character. The portrait has been brought to life in 'Living Color,' while remaining faithful to the make-up technique and on-screen appearance of the silver-screen legend. Each bust is hand cast in fiberglass, and hand finished to exacting standards. The bust is mounted on a decorative base, and each piece is individually hand-numbered.

I just received it today and it's definitely stunning! Box was so gigantic that delivery guy spent almost 10 min to climb up the stairs to first floor :))

And the bust: extremely limited (400 pieces worldwide) and, precisely 1:1. I mean it is not like other life-size busts (e.g. spiderman 3) which are considerably smaller than an actual human head.

I dont think there would be someone complaining about sideshow's sculpturing... so they keep the quality high as usual with this piece also. Since my expectations from ss increases along with each purchase I'd say the painting is not the best (or, more properly, could be "best" from ss).

So, I warn you, people who see this baby first time might get really scared when they get into your room. Any collector would not hesitate a moment seeing this incredible price plus free shipping!
