In addition to his godlike level of strength and the ability to travel faster than light speed, the Surfer can rearrange molecules at a subatomic level. This means he has the raw power to destroy planets or the subtlety to revitalize and heal the wounded.

The Surfer has become somewhat of an icon since his creation and will make his first movie debut in this years upcoming Fantastic Four 2: Rise of the Silver Surfer.
