Not a terrible product but your money would be better spent on just one (better) helicopter. The two main problems with these fighting choppers are:
The helicopter batteries run out very quickly - 6 AA cells are required for each handset, which then charges the 'copter. Each charge takes approximately 30 mins, resulting in only 6-7 mins flight time - a few of which are spent fixing the 'trimming'. (admittedly, the battery issue is mentioned in the play.com review)
Secondly, the 'copters are (as mentioned in another review) far from indestructible - one of choppers' tail fin broke in the first week, rendering the craft useless. Poor form.
Spectacular Flying Fun

I got them for my birthday and couldn't be happier. Flying is great but shooting and flying, yeah baby! They are tricky at first but the fun is in learning to fly. The first time you make a nice take-off followed by a sweet strafing manoeuvre you'll explode its so fun. Definatley get them.
Great fun when they work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have now just returned 3rd set as they break too easy. My son absolutely loves them but they are definately not indestructable. It tends to be the rotor blades that snap. Really good fun though whilst they worked but really not worth buying for the impending upset after they break.
Recommended, GREAT FUN

Got these for xmas but on a diff site. These choppers are Amazing and can withstand most crashes. Both of mine are still functioning perfectly after crashing it into almost everything in the house and even landed in my fish tank(ops). Only problem i found was that there is a slight delay between the controller and the chopper with makes steering harder... didn't take long to get used it it though.. Buy it!
Fantastic toys for kids and adults - for a while

After reading several reviews and having a go on a relatives Picoo Z I thought I'd give these little copters a go. Wicked! They do take a little bit of getting used to but once you become honed at controlling them you'll have loads of fun. One controller does seem to work better with the blue copter (with the other it does spin slightly left). I've flown them in side the house, in the warehouse where I work and in the office. After getting to grips with them I thought I'd add a little bit of blue tack on the nose to speed things up, the only problem with this is it goes out of range / sight before too long. They are effected by the slightest of breezes so not recommended for outdoor use unless it's dead calm.
Amendment........
After several goes with the blue helicopter, it has decided not to react to either controller and spins out of control. I have read the instructions several times and checked all the stated areas. They're good fun as long as they last.
Had a breakage in day one but still great fun

Yep, I managed to rip one of the rotar blades, thought it was all over in day 1 but I did a little sticky tape repair and the little baby is up and away again.
If you're carefull not to collide with everything in sight these little critters are great fun, I pretty much hit everything and one of the choppers took a beating but it only took a bit of tape to get him up and running again.
With practice I'm sure I'll stop the collisions then I can really enjoy them, if you're going to collide just drop the power so the rotars slow down, this will reduce the chance of damaging them. Me and my son really enjoyed our first go and are both looking forward to the next.
For the money they're great, fairly easy to get going and like I said with practice should be a doddle before too long.
Thumbs up from me. :O)
The BEST PREZZIE EVER !!

I bought these copters for my son for Xmas, I cannot believe the punishment they take, crashing into all the furniture as well as each other, and still fly back for more. They get recharged and straight back in the air. We have got through 4 sets of batteries, but that equates to over 6 hours of battle strewn flight. They are good at clearing cobwebs from the extreme corners of the ceiling you known the bits you cant reach at the top of the stairs, so should be listed as a home help. I keep thinking I should buy another set, cos they just cant keep working, but amazingly they just keep going, TERRIFIC.
Amazing!

These helicopters are brilliant, my brother and I purchased these for a bit of fun, and they are brilliant, takes a few minutes to get used to it, but after that hours of laser-shooting fun! We have both crashed our copters into almost every piece of furniture and they are still flying perfect. Loads of fun, a great buy!
Awsome

They are awesome, 100% flawless. does take a while to get them in trim initially but after that fly well and take any amount of bashing and smashing!
Great fun, while it lasts...

Which in my case was about 5 minutes, before I could even get the hang of the controls the main rotor had broken away from the shaft on one heli. The other didn't suffer long before going out of commission when for some reason it refused to accept any charge. Even if you handle these micro helis with the greatest of care, I doubt they would last even a week. Very disapointed.
