This one doesn't feel as well made as previous versions of bop it, and it doesn't feel as nice in the hands, the twist it and the flick it feel a bit awkward and flimsy by comparison to Bop It Extreme 2.
Also the download function is near useless, I cannot manage to get provided downloads onto the unit at all. But I did manage to get my own voice on, which TBH is a good laugh, but it seemed to cause the unit to constantly crash, meaning I had to pull the batteries out several times and wipe out high scores...
If they get the download software working better, then this does stand to be very good, and the poorer build quality (IMO) could be overlooked.

The thing itself is good! But the uploading of sounds is impossible, the driver doesnt work on vista at the moment. My plan was to put my voice on it and give it as a gift for xmas. Doesnt look like thats gonna happen! You can also plug this into your hifi with a jack to rca lead! Which could make a good party game!

I have to say that this game in all its forms is fantastic and the new download version is the best yet. And for £9.99? Wow. Hats off to play.com for this one!!!

Buy loads of them for your friends and relatives this christmas - you, and they, will not be disappointed! All the fun of the previous bop its but with a much higher top score to reach (thus stretching out its longevity) and the option to download new sounds.
