A fantastic figure that is highly detailed and comes with some great accessories. It looks great and is a must have for anyone who loves the turtles!

These figures are excellent representations of the turtles as they first appeared in the original TMNT Eastman & Laird comics.

The figures are about 5.5" tall come with hordes of accessories including weapons personal to each turtle, a diorama base, baby turtle and climbing hands (yes, these you can swap these with the normal hands but I haven't tried it yet). Mine won't be coming out of the box so can't comment on the joints or movement but the packaging is standard blister packaging (so you can't take the figure if you want to keep everthing perfect).

The only thing about these figures that isn't perfect is the finish but this is only really let down by some areas of overspill.

If you are thinking of getting any or all of these figures I recommend these versions as NECA have announced they will be producing 'cut back' versions of the figures that will only be supplied with original weapons and I am assuming these will eventually replace the version being reviewed here. I have also heard the boxset containing all four turtles does not come with all the extra goodies unless you are lucky enough to get your hands on a comic-con boxset!

If you are a fan of the original comics these are a must...unless you are prepared to wait for the black and white versions NECA showcased as prototypes!

Overall I would give these figures 4 to 4.5 stars out of 5.
