Electronic Money Counting Jar

It's pretty clever how it works, but it always mistakes my 20p coins for one pound coins.

does anyone know how to enter the mac d's code voucher at all as want 2 more of these brill counters

I read the reviews but still purchased one and im glad i did i put all different types of money in and it calculated them all correct and it is not small but not big is just about right and can easy fit alot of money into it and for a fiver is worth it.

not very happy with this product i paid £5 it looks much bigger than it is u cant fit very much money in it pointless buy really

I purchased 3 of these, inserted batteries into each of them, started putting money in and every single one of them intermittently recognised 20p as £1 !!!!! Very disappointing as I have another one made by a different company which is brilliant and hasn't miscounted - EVER. All three are being sent back.

coin counter is not accurate if u do not push the coin in right first time it miscalculates,

Really useful / fun little device when you think how much a normal money box is a few pounds more for something that tells you how much is inside well worth it but best to wait until its back to £5

After using this item for more then a year I have had no problems until today! Can somebody please tell me how to reset this thing because everytime I hit the reset button underneath the lid, I just get a load of numbers saying - £8888.88 - and they never go away no matter how much I try reseting it. Any suggestions? Do I have to do something when reseting it? Apart from this problem this jar is great! N somebody said in the last review for this item that it doesn't recognise £2 coins... Well mine does. Recommended!

I got this as a present and I really liked it, I was saving money for ages and then realised that it was counting a few things wrong or wasn't counting them at all. For example I would put a 50p in and it would think its a 2p. It was great but what's the point when in the end its cheap components kinda beat the fact of having something count your money.

You're better off buying one a bit more expensive which does notes as well....If your filling it with 1p,2p,5p,20p,50p and the odd pound it will save roughly £60-80.

My friend has had one of these for a while and uses it to save up for his holiday money and now that im going on holiday with him i thought i would buy one aswell. Its a great way to save money and ive already turned the sofa upside down to find a few coppers to see the total rise. Its plain and simple to set get going but you will need a phillips screwdriver to get into the battery compartment but it really is a great gift or just a great way to save money
